Farmacy HK kickstarts their first ever partnership in the hospitality sector with the launch of their new Smart Farms at Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport. The hotel also scores big as it becomes the first hotel in Hong Kong to open a Smart Farm.

The Project came about during the hotel’s refurbishment period, which provided a perfect opportunity for the implementation of new, innovative designs. The adoption of Farmacy’s indoor farming system also represents Le Méridien’s commitment towards sustainability and carbon footprint reduction.

The Smart Farm occupies the full wall at the entrance of their hotel, and the fresh smell of the herbs makes it hard to miss. All crops grown in the Smart Farm will be served to the four restaurant outlets at the hotel – The Nam Fong, Umami, Southside Bistro and Latitude 22.

The Smart Farms enhance the hotel guests green living experience and is a sustainable food source for the restaurant outlets. Farmacy HK is committed to continuously drive innovation and strive for excellence and is looking forward to new opportunities in the hospitality sector.
