Raymond is proud of the work Farmacy is doing to make our planet a better place. He was inspired to fully devote himself to ESG and urban farming after having some of the best vegetables in his life while visiting a rural village. There, people engulfed by greenery can always enjoy the freshest and most nutritious green produce right from the farms. Raymond wants city dwellers to have access to the same quality greens and a sustainable lifestyle. He believes that Farmacy can help achieve that through carbon-friendly urban farming technologies.
Before joining Farmacy, he worked as a management consultant. He completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in philosophy and psychology and afterward went on to obtain an MBA degree.
In his free time, Raymond devotes himself to sports – he loves soccer, tennis, basketball, and diving and is an avid supporter of Arsenal. In his heart, Raymond is a dreamer who always works to make them come true.

Wing was first introduced to farming by her grandma, who worked her whole life as a hawker selling vegetables in the wet market to raise her children. Even back then Wing remembers noticing how the vegetables weren’t fresh because of travelling from afar. She wants to ensure that the next generation has acess to best quality food which led her to urban farming and Farmacy. Working in this field also helps her feel closer to her grandmother.
Doing good for the people and the planet is a common thread through Wing’s career journey. Having worked in purpose and impact-driven businesses, she led the commercialisation of new medical drug launch, patient liaison, international safety testing technology and setup of social enterprise for face mask production during COVID. She has a MA in Communications.
Wing has recently became a new mom to an adorable son. Outside of work she has a wide variety of interests. She keeps herself busy with kayaking, SUP, tennis, portrait photography, interior design, and ceramic homewares.

Anthony knows that it is people’s actions like killing sharks for their fins, overfishing and deforestation that contribute to global climate change and have a negative impact on the environment. That is why he believes that we have no choice but to start living more sustainably and technology can help us achieve that. With his work in Farmacy he hopes to make a positive impact by using technology to create a more sustainable food value chain.
Anthony has over 20 years of experience in products, systems, and material development. He likes to challenge himself by being active in the startup circle. His technologies won the Alibaba Jumpstarter awards and many other global awards including Reddot and iF design award. His ambitions know no boundaries as he hopes to one day take farming to space. He has a master in mechanical engineering, majoring in thermofluid and minoring information technology at the University of British Columbia, and is currently a PhD candidate at City University of Hong Kong.
When he is not working he keeps himself busy with ultimate, hiking, running, snowboarding or driving his self-designed gravity vehicle.
