One of the restaurant\u2019s standout dishes is the traditional Neapolitan-style Margherita Sourdough Pizza, made with farm-fresh basil, the sourdough dough fermented for 48 hours, and baked to perfection in the renowned Stefano Ferrara stone oven (one of few in Hong Kong). The oven\u2019s high temperature of 400\u00b0C ensures a crisp, smokey crust in just 90 seconds.
